The Doitforcharity.com superhero run will be taking place in London in May 2014. Thousands of people are expected to take part raising funds for hundreds of different charities and now this is your chance to join them!

No previous experience is required and with a bit of training the 5km or 10km distance should easily be within your capabilities. The spirit of the event is ‘taking part’ not ‘winning’ so you can run, jog or walk – you decide!

All you need to do is pledge to raise £100 for Equal People.  Oh, and walk/run/crawl 5k (or 10k)… but that’s the easy bit!

The Doitforcharity.com Superhero Run will take place in London’s Regent Park on Sunday 18 May 2014 and we have 25 places. Registration costs £22, which covers the administrative costs and your very own Super Hero Costume. We’ll give you all the support and encouragement you need, and will be arranging for people to be there cheering you on. Samuel ran the 5k Santa Run last week, and came back to persuade Mushroom/Equal People to get in on the act too!  If he can do it… 😉
