What to Wear

We don’t expect you to rush and buy special clothing when trying out classes for the first time, but for students who are regularly attending classes, recommendations of what to wear can be found in the relevant sections below (click to expand).

We have a ‘no outdoor shoe’ policy in the Studios. This is partly to protect the floors but, more importantly, to protect other users. We have students lying on the floor for certain classes and many disabled students who are on the floor a lot and at risk of picking up infections. To minimize this risk we ask you not to wear shoes into the studios that have been worn outside at any point.
