Hey all,

with the show rapidly approaching, there have been several questions over the last few evenings while I’ve been on reception that it may be worth sharing more widely…!

Tickets will be available at the rehearsal on Sunday.

Extra rehearsals
You’ll have the list of these already but if not check here. There is a £3 rehearsal fee for all the remaining sessions.

Food
Several parents were anxious about how/when their children will eat on Sunday, Thursday and Saturday. We suggest you sent them with a packed lunch/tea, as there will be opportunities throughout those sessions for them to eat and drink. Someone will likely do a McDonalds run between shows on the Saturday.

Costumes
You should now have your costumes lists for each class, outlining what you need to provide and what ninja-knitter Nanny Pat is putting together (ok, she sews more than knit, but ninja-sewer doesn’t sound so good… and now I’ve typed it, it reads even worse!!)

Knickers!
If you’re struggling to find flesh-coloured knickers then soak a white pair in tea! No milk or sugar.

Name it: don’t lose it
PLEASE name all your child(ren)’s costumes and whatever else they are bringing 🙂

Closed Rehearsals & Back-Stage Access
Sunday’s rehearsal is a “closed” rehearsal – we need every available space and so parents will not be able to stay unless they have been asked to.
Similarly, there will be no back-stage access for anyone other than approved volunteers. This is primarily for your child(ren)’s safety.

At Seevic…
Children are welcome to bring drinks, snacks and some activities to use between performances, and a named plastic box with everything in makes life 10x easier for everyone, but please avoid chocolate or anything that may melt or stain.  Colouring books are a great idea – but pencils not pens please. Electrical gadgets aren’t recommended, and we cannot accept responsibility for them.

Assume a 6pm arrival at Seevic on Friday night – we’ll clarify this ASAP.

Any other questions?
Please let us know, but do bear in mind that the next ten days are increasingly stressful for Penni and Co.
