Our Charity Ball has always been a highlight of both our fundraising and social calendar, so we’re pleased to announce the
Charity Ball in aid of Equal People Performing Arts 2025
will be held at Saxon Hall, Southend
on Saturday 14 June 2025
Tickets are £65 each or £600 for a table of 10, and include:
- Welcome Drink
- Three-course meal
- Live band “The Undercovers”
Doors Open at 7pm for a prompt 7.30pm sit down

The not-so-small print
Tickets can be purchased online or at our Studios if you do not have internet access, and are priced at £65 per person. Tickets are non-refundable. Minimum age 17, if accompanied by a responsible adult. Guests with additional needs are of course welcome, but we are not able to provide a carer or additional support, nor can we provide discounted tickets for carers on this occasion.
Online bookings are processed via PayPal directly to Equal People Performing Arts but a PayPal account is not required.
Any additional needs such as access or dietary requirements should be noted on the booking form to ensure we have sufficient time to make all necessary arrangements.
You will receive a unique link after booking that you can pass on to family and friends who may wish to join you, and we will endeavour to seat you together where that applies. Alternatively please add any notes onto the form above when booking if there are others coming with whom you wish to be seated. We cannot guarantee this, but will do our best for you!
Bookings are confirmed on-screen and via email: if you do not receive confirmation please contact us to be sure that your booking is complete.
